This is Belcher's third year with the program.

2021-2022: Belcher appeared in 31 games starting 12 for the Crusaders. Belcher was third on the team in scoring averaging 11.9 ppg while adding 4.5 rpg and 1.9 apg. Belcher was named 2nd Team All Region for the Crusaders.

2020-2021: Belcher made an immediate impact in his first season as a Crusader. Belcher's debut came  January 4th against Keiser University. Belcher was a consistent offensive presence for GLCC averaging 15.7 ppg and hitting double figures in 18 of 20 games he played in. He had a career high in the GLCC uniform against Grace Christian University on 1/19 dropping in 27 points in the win. Belcher also chipped in 5.4 rpg and 1.3 apg on 42 percent shooting from the floor. Belcher was named Honorable Mention All Mideast Region.

2019-2020 (Penn Highlands CC): Belcher had a standout year for PHCC, averaging 18.6 ppg, 10.3 rpg, and 3.4 apg. Belcher scored over 20 points eleven different times during the year, including a career high 35 points against Westmoreland CC.

2017-2018 (Ohio Christian): Belcher made eight appearances for the Trailblazers. He averaged 8.8 ppg, 3.9 rpg, and 1.4 apg. Belcher shot an efficient 50 percent from the floor and 40 percent from three in his Freshman campaign.
