WYOMING, Mich. - Grace Christian University women's volleyball welcomed Great Lakes Christian College on Tuesday and sent them home with a 3-0 loss in their first regional game of the season.
Grace rolled through the first set, winning 25-6. Great Lakes made it closer in the second, but Grace still took the frame by double-digits, 25-15, before finishing off the match with a 25-4 third set.
Abby Hoek scored 10 kills for the hosts, leading both teams. Tori Johnston picked up 20 assists for Grace along with nine aces.
Jillian Wilson led Great Lakes with two kills and Madison Outwin had three assists. Grace out-blocked Great Lakes 9-0.
Great Lakes will be on home on Saturday for games with Maranatha Baptist and Grace Christian.
