Leah Yanko
Bio
Yanko is a Peoria, Illinois native who began her collegiate career at Lincoln Christian University before transferring to Great Lakes Christian College. Over her three seasons with the Crusaders, she became a standout leader-earning multiple All-Region Honors, Regional Player of the Year, Second Team All-American recognition, surpassing 1,000 career points, and setting the GLCC single-game scoring record of 40 points. A two time regional champion, Yanko helped make program history and plans to remain alongside Coach Smith to continue building the programs culture, faith, and purpose.
