Women's Basketball Falls to IU-South Bend

Women's Basketball struggled offensively in a tough matchup against Indiana-South Bend on December 4, falling 93-45. The Lady Crusaders were outscored early, trailing 33-4 after the first quarter, and never recovered. Dalys McGuinnis led GLCC with 15 points, while Olivia McDavid added 11 points and six rebounds. Despite shooting 73% from the free-throw line, the team managed just 26.3% from the field. Indiana-South Bend’s balanced attack featured four players in double digits, with Keylee Hudson scoring 13 points. The Lady Crusaders will look to build on the effort and improve as the season continues.
