Men's Basketball pulled out a hard-fought 79–76 road win over Simmons (KY) on December 20, overcoming a seven-point halftime deficit with a strong second-half performance. After trailing 39–32 at the break, the Crusaders tightened up defensively and scored 47 points in the final 20 minutes to swing the momentum. Devin Watts led the way with 21 points, knocking down four three-pointers and providing steady leadership late. LaTa’Vius Vaughter added a physical presence inside, finishing with 15 points, seven rebounds, and three blocks, while Teon Armstrong contributed 13 points and six assists.Thw Crusader's ability to get to the free-throw line proved critical, as they attempted 32 foul shots and capitalized in key moments down the stretch.
