Men's Basketball Take The Win at Home Over Maranatha Baptist

Once again Great Lakes is at the Doty bringing out a solid crowd versus conference opponent Maranatha Baptist. Utilizing new pieces of their game, Maranatha  took the lead early. Using their size, the Sabercats fought hard to scrape up easy layups and second chance points. Despie the Sabercats early success, it didn't take long for the Crusaders to catch wind and build a solid lead in the second half. Despite Maranatha finding their earlier form to bring the deficit back to single digits, the Crusaders form proved too much to manage. By the final buzzer, Great Lakes was able to close it out 80-66.

 

In an immediate rematch, the Crusaders play Maranatha next in Watertown Wisconsin.
