Great Lakes Christian College Announces Partnership With Nike and BSN SPORTS

Great Lakes Christian College has agreed to five year partnership with BSN SPORTS and Nike that designates Nike as the official outfitter of the College's teams.

Nike, one of the world's largest suppliers of athletic shoes and apparel, will outfit Great Lakes Christian College athletic teams beginning in the 2018-2019 academic year.  The partnership also includes marketing and promotional opportunities.

Richard Westerlund, Director of Athletics and Head Men's Basketball Coach said, "This partnership is critical to our growth and rebranding of our athletic department. Nike is the top athletic apparel brand in the world. We want our athletic department to be ELITE, so it was critical for us to align ourselves with a top notch company like Nike. We believe being a Nike college will not only help our brand, but also give us advantages in recruiting. Also partnering with BSN Sports is advantageous. Their ability to take care of all our equipment and apparel needs at one place was something we felt was very valuable as we continue to build our athletics department. Today is a special day for our college.
